By purchasing from Occasion, you agree to adhere to all of the following Terms and Conditions. Occasion reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Product Information

OCCASION merchandise displayed at our Web site are available while stocks last. The prices displayed are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are valid and apply throughout all countries.

 

Colours

OCCASION makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.

 

DELIVERY in SINGAPORE:

For local normal mail via Singpost,  a flat rate of $1 per item will be charged per item. An additional of $2.24 will be charged for registered mail with tracking number, we strongly urge all buyers to opt for registered mail as our company will not be responisble for unregistered lost mail.  Please allow 2-5 working days for your items to reach you once you placed and paid for your order. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer flat rate shipping (registered) for overseas order so the more you buy, the more you save on shipping expenses. Please allow 6-14 working days for your items to reach you once you placed and paid for your order

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

*All Singapore & international deliveries will be sent via Singapore Post.  Customs or import duties charged in destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 

 

Size/Design Exchange

Please contact us at occasionboutique@yahoo.com.sg with your exchange request within 10 working days from the date of mailing. Our customer service team will review the situation and respond promptly. 

Exchange of merchandise will be arranged if the following criteria are met:

                » Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

» Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).

» Exchange is allowed only once per order. Strictly no cash refund.

» All additional shipping fee will be borne by the customer as all measurements have been provided. Customers are highly recommended to mail the item via registered mail to us. Occasion will not proceed on with the exchange if the parcel does not reach us and is not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail.

» Please obtain proof of posting as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches our office. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

» International customers will bear the registered shipping costs both ways.

» Once we receive your return package, we will inspect and process the goods within 2 working days to ensure you receive your new item as soon as possible. To keep you informed, we will email you confirming the action we have taken.

 

Defective/ Incorrect Items

We apologise if we had sent you a defective/ incorrect item. Please email us at  occasionboutique@yahoo.com.sg .com with details/snap shots about the error within 10 working days from the date of mailing. Our customer service team will review the situation and respond promptly. 

                Exchange of defective/incorrect merchandise will be arranged if the following criteria are met:

» Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

» Returns will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).

» OCCASION will not be responsible for damages caused by mishandling of garments during washing.

» Loose threads and removable stains will not be considered as defects.

» During the mass manufacturing process, there may be around 0.5” – 0.8” differences between the item's actual size and our stated measurements. Such variances will not be considered as defects.

» Exchanged items will be shipped out to you via registered mail, the cost of which will be fully absorbed by Occasion.

» International customers will bear the registered shipping costs both ways. .

 

Please note that there is strictly no cash refund. A store credit equivalent to your purcahse amount will be given if the exchanged item is out of stock.

OCCASION reserves all rights to reject returns and exchanges that do not fulfil the terms.

 

Modify or Cancel Order

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Please be 100% sure that you are confirming the purchase to be fair to all customers. Once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been processed.
